The West Perkiomen Project

This short film presents fly fishing at its purest on the West Branch of the Perkiomen stream. Spanning from May to early August I have been trailing the master himself, Chris Fredette in his natural habitat. Tiptoeing along the banks of the stream warily stalking wild brown trout. For Chris the sport is a lifestyle and has even took up the art of tying his own flies.

  1. Someone started trying to stock this stream again and I am NOT a fan. It’s full of great wild fish and it pains me to see palis swimming around in it. I don’t think our local legend chaz would appreciate it either

  2. Great video of a creek I grew up fishing, way to show its good features and good work with the editing, it ended up giving the entire video a cool effect.
